International Shipping

At this time draw-a-string ships only to all countries within the European Union and the United States with a free shipping guarantee. PLEASE NOTE:  If you are located outside the United States and European Union and would still like to shop at draw-a-string please visit our Etsy shop (drawastring.etsy.com) as we offer worldwide shipping on there. 

We ship using PostNL, once you place your order you will receive a notification confirming your order and as soon as we have prepared your order and shipping label (within 1 work day), we will send you a PostNL track and trace code by which you can track your order. We will also let you know estimated shipping times according to PostNL.

Please note that during the Holiday season the postal service is very busy and there are likely to be delays in shipping, to avoid this please place your orders well in time.  

RETURNS

As draw-a-string is a small company that specializes in handmade one of a kind products we do not exchange products. However, if a customer is dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, it is possible to send the product back to us by post within 14 days of purchase for a complete refund. Because of its personalized content, gift sets cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: As all products are shipped under a free shipping guarantee, the customer will need to bear the cost of shipping back a product to us . However, our descriptions and pictures are very clear and we try to provide all dimensions, fabric specifications etc accurately so the need for returns does not arise.
